The SINP is pleased to announce the identification of two professional third party financial service providers who will assess the net worth and legal accumulation of net worth criteria of all applicants to the Entrepreneur and Farm Owner/Operator categories:
For All Applicants:
All applications to the Entrepreneur and Farm Owner/Operator categories received after May 1, 2012 must include an evaluation report conducted by a professional third party identified by the SINP to be eligible for nomination.
All applicants to the Entrepreneur and Farm Owner/Operator categories must submit a complete application to the SINP according to the updated Entrepreneur or Farm Category Document Checklists and obtain an SINP file number before submitting their supporting financial documents to a third party for review. Only applicants that have received a SINP file number will be accepted for review by a third party.
Once you received an SINP file number and have chosen the preferred third party financial service providers you are asked to submit all documentation according to the Third Party Document Checklist found on the Entrepreneur category website.
In order to ensure a speedy process by the third party of your choice, please ensure that all financial statements, bank account information, and property evaluations are up to date and accurate.
After the third party of your choice has assessed your net worth and the legal accumulation of your net worth, an evaluation report will be provided to you. Once you receive this evaluation report, please include it in your application for formal submission. Once an applicant has obtained an official copy of the third party financial verification report, they must submit this report, along with any updated information included in their application to the SINP Entrepreneur Immigration program within 90 days of the date of issuance.
Once the SINP has received the complete application, including the third party report, the final stages of your application’s assessment will begin.
For Farm Applicants
The SINP will only receive applications from Farm category applicants that have already completed the mandatory exploratory visit and have met with an SINP Official.
For Applications Submitted between May 1, 2012 and May 23, 2013
Applicants that have submitted an application to the SINP Entrepreneur and Farm Owner/Operator categories between May 1, 2012 and May 23, 2013 and wish to continue with their application must contact the SINP Entrepreneur program at saskentrepreneur@gov.sk.ca to confirm the selection of one of the two third parties identified above by June 21, 2013. Please include your name, file number and choice of third party service provider in the email subject title.

Once you have chosen the preferred third party financial service providers you are asked to submit all documentation according to the Third Party Document Checklist found on the Entrepreneur category website. All information required should have already been included in your initial application to the SINP Entrepreneur or Farm Owner/Operator category. All applicants that choose to use the services of a third party financial service provider must provide the SINP Entrepreneur Immigration program an official copy of a receipt of services or retainer agreement within six (6) months of this announcement.
In order to ensure a speedy process by the third party of your choice, please ensure that all financial statements, bank account information, and property evaluations are updated and accurate.
PLEASE NOTE: The SINP Entrepreneur Immigration program nominates a maximum of 250 entrepreneurs and farmers per year on a first-come, first-served basis.
